1. Platform Nature -
  • Naufumi is a hyper local discovery platform that connects users with nearby businesses, job opportunities, rentals, and offers.
  • Naufumi does not own, verify, or directly control the listed businesses or their services.
2. User Eligibility -
  • Must be at least years old
  • Must provide accurate information
  • Responsible for all activity under your account
3. User Responsibilities -

Users agree –

  • Not to post false, misleading, or illegal content
  • Not to misuse chat, call, or communication features
  • Not to engage in fraud, harassment, or spam
4. Business Responsibilities -

Businesses agree –

  • Provide accurate listing details
  • Post genuine jobs, rentals, and offers
  • Avoid misleading advertisements
  • Comply with local laws and regulations

Naufumi reserves the right to remove or suspend listings violating policies.

5. Listings & Content -
  • Listings (stores, jobs, rentals) are user-generated
  • Posts on Connect Feed auto-expire after 7 days
  • Naufumi is not responsible for the accuracy of listings
6. Payments & Plans -
  • Paid plans (e.g. basic/ growth) unlock additional features
  • Boosting and job postings may be chargeable
  • All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
7. No Guarantee of Results -

Naufumi does not guarantee –

  • Business leads
  • Job placements
  • Rental confirmations
8. Communication Disclaimer -
  • Chats, calls, and interactions are between users and businesses
  • Naufumi is not liable for disputes or transactions
9. Limitation of Liability -

Naufumi is not responsible for –

  • Losses due to fraud or misleading listings
  • Business/service quality
  • Job or rental disputes
10. Suspension & Termination -

We may suspend accounts if –

  • Terms are violated
  • Fraudulent activity is detected
  • Complaints are received
11. Modifications -
  • Terms may be updated anytime. Continued use = acceptance.
12. Governing Law -
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
