Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms for payments, cancellations, and refunds on Naufumi.

1. Nature of Services

Naufumi provides digital services including –

  • Business listing plans
  • Job postings
  • Boosting features

All services are non-tangible and instantly activated.

2. No Refund Policy -
  • All payments made for plans, job postings, or boosting are non-refundable
  • Once a service is activated, it cannot be cancelled for a refund
3. Exceptions (If Applicable)

Refunds may be considered only if –

  • Payment is deducted but service is not activated
  • Duplicate payment is made due to technical error

In such cases, users must contact support within 3 days of payment.

4. Cancellation Policy -
    • Users can choose not to renew any paid service
    • No partial refunds for unused time
5. Pricing Changes

Naufumi reserves the right to –

  • Modify pricing
  • Introduce new paid features

Changes will not affect already purchased plans.

7. Third-Party Payments
  • Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways.

Naufumi is not responsible for –

  • Bank delays
  • Gateway failures (but will assist resolution)
